These sepia & gold star earrings form part of my handmade jewellery collection; a range of vintage inspired pieces featuring my illustrations on laser-cut plywood.
Each wooden star features a sleepy face on both its front and back, applied using decoupage. I then use crackle-glaze and finally liquid gold leaf to add gold speckles & highlight the edges.
The stars on their own measure 3.5 x 3.5cm
The hoops are 3.5cm in diameter
Total earring length is approx. 6cm
Earring hoops are made from antique bronze plated iron, and close with lever fastenings.
